A confidential space to explore the thoughts, feelings and challenges in your life
Welcome, and thank you for visiting Wellbeing Counselling. My name is Lindani and I am a counsellor in Guildford providing online counselling via Teams or Zoom.
As a counsellor my role is to provide a safe and confidential space. I work in a way that is honest without a mask or pretence. I work to understand, empathise and offer unconditional positive regards and support you in a way that will help move forward. The pace is purely led by my clients, I won't pressure you to talk about anything you not ready to explore, I might bring something to your awareness to help you reflect and self-actualise but this won't be directive in any way. I will help you process this in a safe and non-directive way.

I am an accredited BACP Humanistic Person-Centred Counsellor with over 20 years of experience working within health and social care.
Alongside my private practice, I have worked within the NHS as a counselling for Depression Senior Therapist and Team Lead, supporting adults + 16 experiencing depression, anxiety and emotional difficulties.
I also have experience working with trauma, domestic abuse, substance misuse and relationship challenges.

Counselling takes place in a safe space, where you can meet with someone who will listen with sensitivity and empathy - and without judgement. In the therapy space thoughts and feelings can be expressed freely and in confidence.

Many people face difficulties in their everyday lives that can be hard to get on top of. Counselling gives us a set of tools we can use to help gain a better understanding of what’s causing these problems - and how you can move towards managing or resolving them.

Working together I can help you gain greater insight into the difficulties you are facing, help you understand why you act or react to them the way you do, and see how you can start to make better, heathier choices moving forward.
My approach is primarily Person-Centred, Person Centred Experiential for Depression (PCE CfD), whilst also drawing upon Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT and Gestalt approaches to meet client's individual needs.
I aim to offer a warm, safe and non-judgemental space where clients can explore difficulties at their own pace.
